xp 설치시 에러 발생

안녕하세요. 며칠전 컴퓨터 구입하고 어제 받았습니다.
xp를 깔려고 하는데 CD 실행이 안 되네요
젤 첨에 검은 화면에 다음과 같이 나옵니다.

이까지만 나오구요, 다른 사람들은 os is not found 어쩌구 나온다는데 저는 안 나오네요. 그리고 CD 넣어도 실행도 안되고..
부팅 순서는 CD ROM 이 젤 먼저로 되어 있습니다.

CD를 넣은 채로 컴퓨터를 켜면 파란 색 Window Set up 창이 뜨면서 구성 요소 점검하다가 다음과 같이 나옵니다.

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space, if a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for dirver updates. Try changing video adaptors.

check with your hard ware vendor for an BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as chching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Acvanced start up option, ad thern select safe mode.

지금 고객님께 발생되는 증상은 블루스크린 증상으로써...

PCI.SYS XP의 시스템 파일의 문제로써.. 쉽게 설명해 드리면 XP CD의 문제입니다.

정품 XP CD를 사용하신다면 마이크로소프트쪽에 문의하시면 되겠습니다.
